Sother’s Butter Dipped Radishes

Transport yourself to a delightful Parisian afternoon when you pair these scrumptious hors d’oeuvres with French-inspired cocktails such as the Brandy Crusta, French 75, and Greenpoint!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter cut into thirds  
  • 15 radishes, washed with some greens remaining 
  • flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Put two thirds of the butter in a mixing bowl and set over a pot of simmering water. Whisk constantly until the butter is melted but still creamy. Remove from heat and whisk in remaining butter until opaque and smooth.
  2. Dip the radishes halfway in the butter once, then again. Set on a parchment lined sheet pan and sprinkle flaky sea salt on each one. Refrigerate until butter is set.
